AKA Fuze has been a popular cafe in Christies Beach, serving honest food at affordable prices, with views of the ocean beckoning. It's part of the renaissance of Christies Beach and it's cafe scene. The owners also run Fuze Food and Wine next door.
The World Loves Adelaide considers the menu to be interesting and not predictable, with popular breakfast dishes including the Breakfast Hot Pot featuring chorizo and a trio of cheeses, and Big Breakfast including choice of a slider, eggs your style, bacon, roasted wild mushrooms, oven dried tomato, morcilla sausage, hollandaise, BBQ onions and crunchy sourdough.
The Seafood Pizza Pie delivers on taste and features Japanese scallops, bug tail, smoked mussels, grilled squid with crab veloute, fresh herbs and a hint of chilli topped with a king prawn salsa.
The AKA Burger is also an interesting burger, featuring slow cooked brisket on ciabatta, with selected condiments, onion jam, beetroot relish, marinated feta, tomato chutney and mustard, with onion rings and fries. This is rewarding and filling, if not rich.
Enjoy the ambience inside or sit outside. AKA Fuze Cafe really provide diners with a huge range of choice. The 12 hrs ribs and the dessert pizza are also highly acclaimed. Image credit photos: Jon Lawson
